MATHCOUNTS Compete in St. Clair Chapter Competition

Congratulations to the Lincoln Middle School Math Team and their coaches Gardner Holland and Rachel Tucker. The team placed second in their MathCounts Regional competition at SIUE on Saturday.
Earning their way to the state competition is the 4-person team of Max Maloney, Troy Roth, Kaitlyn Blotevogel, and Aaron Hong. Earning his way as a top scoring individual is Jasper Krewson. In the countdown round, Troy Roth earned first place, and Aaron Hong earned second place. They will participate in the State MathCounts competition on March 8th in Oswego, IL.
The rest of the team representing Lincoln was Nathalie Manuel, Felix Dong, Theo Luesse, James Bradley, Ashley Hong, Hannah Rashman, Sam Porter, Axle Corzine, Dakota Hall, Addison Huang, and Chelsea Ring.
